However, despite its 'ease of use', the potential financial benefits to your firm are far from insignificant whilst concurrently helping give your firm a progressive and efficient image to both existing and potential clients. How it Works

Basically once a professional signs up they will be given an exclusive "Username" and "Password" which will allow access to the above illustrated interface page. From this page a wide range of over-branded services can be ordered plus the professional user can view their electronically formed companies database, execute changes and replicate documents free of charge, order credit reports, view their statements, modify client websites, link to the SCF Tax Planning Group plus much more.

How Much & What are My Obligations?

After careful market research and having spoken to numerous accountants, solicitors and business consultants we have devised two User Programmes:

Programme One: This programme allows applicants (subject to status and references) to use our proprietary CHC integrated software plus other online business services for FREE and without any time limits provided our normal non-overbranded prices are paid. This "Introduction" to our technology and services is a painless way to become familiar with what we can offer. Once, you have purchased at least 10 services/products within a specified 12 month period you will additionally be entitled to 10% to 20% Discounts Off Normal Retail Prices plus apply for a Credit Account. The only cost applicable is a once only Set Up Fee of £99.00 + VAT

Programme Two: This programme (subject to status and references) is by far the most popular with accountancy and legal firms having a known and ongoing demand for electronic company formation but have baulked at the licensing fees being charged by other proprietary CHC integration software owners. In simple terms, for the sum of £25.00 + VAT Programme 2 Users can electronically form UK Limited Companies in around 3-5 Hours using our standard Memorandum & Articles of Association or, if preferred, apply to have their own Memorandums & Articles either accepted by CHC or lodged after incorporation (£5.00 Extra). Of course, Programme 2 Users will also benefit from the wide range of other online services offered to Programme 1 Users and also receive the 10% to 20% Discounts Off their Normal Retail Prices. In addition, Programme 2 Users will also have a Dedicated Account Manager plus access to the Tax Planning Services provided by the Financial Times recommended SCF Group also with a 10% Discount.
