Offshore Fee Chart - Notes

*1 Apostilling/Legalisation = Most banks now require proof of a company's veracity before opening up an account. In most cases, where a country is a signatory to the Hague Convention of 1961 an apostille will suffice but occasionally full court legalization may be required which costs more.

*2 = All listed jurisdictions require a Corporate Kit which includes - A Professional Attaché Case/or Combined Register including all appropriate company documents, first and transfer minutes, a certificate of non-trading, a certificate of incorporation, share certificates, combined registers plus a lever corporate seal.

*3 = Domiciliation includes the provision of a local registered office address for service of process and official mail together with a local agent in the appropriate jurisdiction - Required in all cases save where a client physically lives in a nominated jurisdiction. In such a case, there will be a £150.00 charge to cover our administrative charges plus any disbursements.

*4 = This fee relates to the provision of nominee company directors, secretary and, if required shareholders. The fee also includes the drafting and renewal of all necessary deeds of trust and letters of resignation required to prove ultimate beneficial ownership rests with the beneficial owner and not the named directors/shareholders. This service normally also includes a power of attorney. The fee quoted does not include management fees whilst there may also be additional setup fees in jurisdictions that require full management and maintenance of companies such as UK non-resident LLP's, UK domestic managed limited companies, Irish domestic managed companies, Brunei, Cypriot, Jersey and Manx companies and other similar jurisdictions.

*5 = A charge of £30.00 (UK & Ireland only) is made for sending out all company documents and attach case/seal by registered mail. Alternatively collection can be made from our London office.

*6 = In most jurisdiction a Serviced Office Address can be provided including mail forwarding and message taking for the sum of £300.00 plus a £100 non-refundable deposit to cover time and disbursement charges.

*7 = Where nominee and/or management services are supplied then the terms and conditions applicable for the provision of such additional services will be governed by those of the SCF Group

*8 = Annual Fees are the domiciliation fee, government duties and serviced office fees if taken.
