For the small sum of £15.00 + VAT we will not only register your company in hours
but guarantee to dispatch your hardcopy documents within 2 working days of
your company being electronically registered.

NB: The Fast Track service is available only for English, Welsh & Scottish companies.

 

London SW6 or Edinburgh Registered Office Address

Priced at £99.00 + VAT [Included with the Business Start Up Package]

Add invaluable prestige and credibility to your business by listing our London Imperial Wharf or Edinburgh Office as your official registered office address (a legal requirement). For the small sum of UK£99.00+VAT per annum, we will automatically forward on all official Company House and service of process mail to your "Billing" or other chosen address. For a small business operating from home this service may also prevent your local council claiming commercial rates.

 

VAT Registration

Priced at £55.00 + VAT [Included with the Business Start Up Package]

If you are turning over more than £58,000 in a year, then you must register for VAT. Our accountancy team can manage this process for you and make all the paperwork submissions on your behalf.

 

363 Annual Return Submission

Priced at £35.00 + VAT [Advice included with the Business Start Up Package]

Under Section 363 of the Companies Act 1985, it is the responsibility of every limited liability company to submit annual return information about their company including any changes that may have occurred.

For £35 +VAT we will send 2 email reminders of this requirement, plus make any relevant changes to accurately reflect any Director, Secretary or Shareholder changes that may have occurred. The peace of mind of this prevention from being penalised by Companies House also includes the annual £15 Government Duty.

 

Nominee Company Secretary

Priced at £175.00 + VAT

This service includes the provision of a Corporate Nominee Company Secretary and will include the signing of a UK bank mandate, 1st. and Second Minutes, completion of G88(2) Allotment of Shares Form, issuance of new Share Certificates and Minutes plus the preparation of the Annual General Meeting . Recommended to be taken with any of our Accountancy Packages.
