1. The currency of reference is the UK Pound. Euro estimates are calculated at an exchange rate of 1.45 Euros to the Pound. Standing Order debits will be debited directly in Euros.
2. The service is provided in the UK and is subject to the UK VAT rate of 17.5% and not the Irish rate of 21%.
3. These offers are only available to residents of the Republic of Ireland with a good credit rating, who have lived in Ireland for 3 or more years and who complete our Standing Order Forms
4. The offer only applies to private limited companies registered by Starting My Business or one of its subsidiary firms
5. The private limited company is not part of a Group. If it is please discuss with our accountants
6. The turnover of the Company is expected to be €500,000.00 or less per annum
7. Personal tax computations, payroll services are not included but can be done so for a small additional sum (Speak to our accountants)
8. The offer does not include the provision of a trading address in the Republic of Ireland. This must be supplied by the client
